Our Family loves to travel and so I will be sharing our adventures with you.
We live in sunny Florida about 4 hrs from Orlando! We love going to Disney and Universal. We have been long fans of Disney but this year decided to try Universal Studios.
A little more about me....
I have an autoimmune disease called Psoriasis. I also have PSA which is psoriatic arthritis. Having this disease has triggered other health issues issues such as Osteoarthritis, Reynauds Disease, Vertigo issues, and a sensitivity to wheat. I have been gluten free since January 2018. I also watch my weight and have been a member of Weight Watchers for a long time. I am working on the 15 pounds I gained after I met goal weight. I've lost about 45 pounds. I enjoy water aerobics classes at the gym. This helps my arthritis since the pool water is 90 degrees some days.
I stay on the go and keep busy so my health won't get me down. I also take Cosyntex injections every 4 weeks. Seems to be helping me.
