It’s been a while since I’ve updated again. Need to get in the habit of posting more. Anyways, I thought I’d update y’all on my health since about a year ago I found out I have POTS syndrome. Which stands for Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome. POTS can lead to irregular heart rates and blood pressure. My dr has put me on meds 3 times a day, 100 ounces of water a day, compression socks, no alcohol, and no caffeine (just 1 cup of coffee a day). Having POTS if I am out in the sun too long and get dehydrated it will cause me to pass out. I am also on blood pressure meds due to it causing my BP to go crazy.
So with all my other health issues the dr wants me to try the Mediterranean diet and plus I am gluten and dairy free plus egg free. Ugh!
I am also trying to get to the gym on a regular basis for exercise. My favorite at the moment is water aerobics classes. I’m trying to go at least 3-4 times a week.
Plus I want to loose at least 30 pounds!
